When I call or email Brandy, she will respond immediately, or within 24 hours without fail. Additionally, as we were clear across the country, Brandy was happy to drive out to properties of interest to us, and to film "virtual tours" with us real-time through Skype, or Face-time (whatever app. you are comfortable with). She is never pushy, and was happy to do these virtual tours with us, as often as we needed. Brandy goes above and beyond. We have used her to purchase both property, and a townhouse (while we build out our dream house). She will provide you with local services and connections as you need them (such as title and mortgage companies, & local building contractors).
